Calorie Curry is intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical or nutritional advice. The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Calorie Curry and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without prior written permission.

6. Beta Testing

If you are using Calorie Curry as a beta tester:

• You understand that the App is still in development and may contain bugs or errors
• You agree to report any issues or bugs you encounter
• You acknowledge that features may change or be removed without notice
• You will not publicly disclose confidential information about unreleased features
• Beta access may be revoked at any time at our discretion

• Any unauthorized access to or use of your device
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App

Your continued use of the App after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
